Contracts and cancellation
Cancellation terms are specific to each contract, given the range of products and services offered.
You can send an electronic cancellation request to the following email address: You will receive an acknowledgment confirming that your request has been taken into account.
Your request must include the following information:
- First and last name if the contract was concluded with an individual, or the company name if the contract was concluded with a legal entity.
- Email address, or failing that, a postal address to receive confirmation of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- Any reference allowing us to identify your contract and the contract holder.
- The requested cancellation date, subject to the applicable legal or contractual provisions.
If the requested cancellation is early or under conditions not provided for in the contract, you must provide a legitimate reason, and it may lead to a discussion as set out in the contract terms.
